DSG Welcomes Joseph Solheid as Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Joseph Solheid has joined DSG as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Joseph will lead the sales function to meet revenue and gross margin financial objectives while delivering upon organizational marketing goals about sales effectiveness, efficiency, and overall customer experience. As a member of the executive leadership team, he will be based out of the corporate offices located in Plymouth, MN and La Crosse, WI.

Prior to DSG, Solheid has extensive industry experience building and leading cross-functional teams, most recently serving as Director of Safety Sales at Fastenal, where he was responsible for high-achieving annual revenue while maintaining operational excellence and supply chain solutions. He has also served in roles ranging from product management and regional sales management. He brings an array of experience in generating revenue in growth-ready product segments while consistently creating innovative solutions for primary customers. Joseph also has extensive experience leading marketing strategies to bring new products to market.
