EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Dakota Supply Group (DSG) is seeking to add one independent board member, who is highly qualified with specific skills, experiences, and characteristics. DSG’s Board of Directors is comprised of six independent directors, plus the CEO. The relationship between the board and management is open, transparent, and productive.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• C-Suite or Similar Role in Digital Transformation (B2B Preferred)
• Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Merger Integration
• Wholesale Distribution, Rapidly Changing Markets, Supply Chain Optimization
• Human Capital Development and Deployment
• Knowledge of ESOPs
