Tom Ferree

Tom has a unique combination of big picture strategic thinking and deep financial expertise. His resume includes positions in both public company finance and family business management. He is experienced with ESOP organizations across a number of industries, including industrial manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products and financial services. Before retiring from full-time corporate work, Tom acted as Senior VP / Chief Financial Officer for Chase, Corporate Controller for Meredith Corporation and CFO of Appvion.


David Mckeon

David McKeon / Chair of Nominating & Governance Committee / Pleasant Prairie, WI

David has more than 25 years of executive/senior management experience including time as CEO/President/COO of companies within the wholesale distribution, multi-channel, direct marketing and manufacturing industries. Earlier in his career he served as COO of USABlueBook / Home Depot Supply and President/CEO of C&H Distributors. Today, he is the CEO of Whitewater Brands, a B2B omni-channel marketing and distribution company serving the automotive collision and mechanical repair, automotive dealership, trucking and veterinary industries.


Harry Reifschneider

Harry Reifschneider / Chair of Compensation & HR Committee / Boise, ID

Harry is a highly accomplished senior executive with 40 years of success within foodservice, retail, B2B, and technology. His areas of expertise include branding, warehousing, inventory management, supply chain and more. Harry founded Amphire, a successful B2B dotcom company that eventually grew to transaction revenue of more than $22 billion. He also spent time as the CEO of All Kitchens Inc.


Jodi Watson

Jodi Watson / San Diego, CA

Jodi’s expertise lies in digital e-commerce and retail, working with companies ranging from innovative startups to massive omni-channel organizations. She previously served as the SVP and acting CMO of Petco and President of Consumer Direct for Wolverine World Wide (which includes footwear brands like Bates, CAT and Wolverine). She currently serves as the Board of Directors Vice Chair for True Leaf Medicine and works as a self-employed consultant for e-commerce and private equity companies.


Shane Waslaski

Shane Waslaski / Fargo, ND

Shane is an experienced business executive with a successful career in private and publicly traded companies. His business background includes the software, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, plastics and construction sectors. Earlier in his career, he served as the President of Varistar (which includes Foley Company [now Enerfab] and Northern Pipe Products). Shane is currently the President and CEO of Intelligent InSites, a company working to  transform healthcare with operational intelligence.


Marie Robinson

Marie Robinson / East Rutherford, NJ

Marie is an experienced executive with a successful career, with large organizations primarily serving in the retail space. Since 2014, she has been with Capri Holdings Ltd (CPRI), where she currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Operations and Transformation Officer. Earlier in her career, Marie was Senior Vice President, Chief Logistics Officer at Toys“R”Us, as well as Senior Vice President, Supply, Logistics, and Customer Experience at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P). She was also Senior Vice President, Supply Chain at Smart & Final Stores LLC, held various logistics and operations positions at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc, and began her career as a United States Army Logistics Officer.


Paul Kennedy

Paul Kennedy / Plymouth, MN

Paul currently serves as DSG’s CEO. Before joining DSG, he served as president and COO of a Midwest-based wholesale distributor specializing in products for the HVAC/R, plumbing and waterworks industries. Prior to that, he spent 20 years in senior management roles for several other North American wholesale distributors. Tracing his roots, Kennedy’s career began in navy intelligence, then shifted to working for a plumbing contractor. He’s been part of the trade industries ever since.
