Tom Ferree

Tom Ferree / Chairman Of The Board, Chair of Audit & Finance Committee / Solon, IA

Tom has been a financial executive for over 35 years and worked in a variety of industries and businesses. Tom most recently was the Chief Financial Officer for Appvion Inc a Wisconsin based 100% ESOP company. Tom currently sits on the Board of Directors of three other companies. Central States Manufacturing and Realityworks both of whom are 100% ESOP companies. Tom joined the Board of Directors of Dakota Supply Group in January of 2017 and was also named Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee at that time. Tom was named the Chairman of the Board in November of 2017.


David Mckeon

David McKeon / Chair of Nominating & Governance Committee / Pleasant Prairie, WI

David has more than 25 years of executive/senior management experience including time as CEO/President/COO of companies within the wholesale distribution, multi-channel, direct marketing, and manufacturing industries. Earlier in his career he served as COO of USABlueBook / Home Depot Supply and President/CEO of C&H Distributors. Most recently he was the CEO of Whitewater Brands, a B2B omni-channel marketing and distribution company serving the automotive collision and mechanical repair, automotive dealership, trucking and veterinary industries. David is also an Executive Business Solutions Partner within the MetOps/Meta Experts network.


Jodi Watson

Jodi Watson / Chair of HR & Compensation Committee / Sherwood, OR

Jodi Watson is a senior executive with more than 20 years experience in retail/wholesale, digital and direct-to-consumer industries. Previously, she served in C-level operating roles as the SVP & CMO at Petco, President of Consumer Direct at Wolverine Worldwide, and VP, Direct Marketing Services for Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

In addition to her work at DSG, she currently sits on the Boards of Dogtopia, a franchise dog daycare company, Petmed Express (NASDAQ: PETS) and QLTY Objective WorkBoots. Jodi holds a master’s degree in Human Centered Design and a BA degree in Marketing and Management.


Shane Waslaski

Shane Waslaski / Chair of Audit Committee / Moorhead, MN

Shane is an experienced board member and executive, bringing a 25-year history of leadership at diversified companies (engineering, software, manufacturing, energy, plastics, construction, and healthcare) in the publicly traded and private sectors. Shane is the CEO, President, and a Board Member of Moore Holding company, which acquires and operates a portfolio of engineering companies. Previously he was President, CEO, and a board member for software company, Intelligent InSites (acquired by Infor in 2020) and an officer of Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ: OTTR) and president of Varistar, a broadly diversified holding company of Otter Tail Corporation.

Shane has been a Moore Holding Company board member since 2019 and serves as a board member and chair of the audit committee for Dakota Supply Group since 2018. He serves on the board for the NDSU Research and Technology Park as well as the Champion’s Committee for Moorhead Public Schools Career Academy. He earned his bachelor’s degree at NDSU with continuing education in strategy from Harvard Business School.


Marie Robinson

Marie Robinson / Fulshear, TX

Marie is an experienced executive with a successful career, primarily serving in Supply Chain and Logistics. Since March of 2020, she is the Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer for Sysco Corporation. Earlier in her career Marie was with Capri Holdings Ltd (CPRI), as Senior Vice President, Chief Operations and Transformation Officer, as well as Senior Vice President, Chief Logistics Officer at Toys “R” Us, Senior Vice President, Supply, Logistics, and Customer Experience at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P). She was also Senior Vice President, Supply Chain at Smart & Final Stores LLC, and held various logistics and operations positions at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Marie began her career as a United States Army Logistics Officer.


Paul Miller

Paul Miller / Chicago, IL

Paul is a results-oriented executive with strong P&L experience in both B2C and B2B. Most recent success in large omni-channel retail and distribution businesses, growing existing businesses as well as spinning up new ones.

Paul was recently the VP & President, Global eCommerce, Innovation and Big Data at W.W. Grainger. Prior to his role with W.W. Grainger, Paul held multiple positions including President, Shopping Division at Enservio, Inc., a content claims software and service provider for the property insurance industry. He was also Senior Vice President, Direct commerce at Sears Holdings Corp and Vice President of eCommerce at William-Sonoma Inc.


Paul Kennedy

Paul Kennedy / Minneapolis, MN

Paul is an accomplished executive with over 30 years experience in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC/R and Waterworks distribution. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of DSG. His previous executive positions include President and COO of a Midwest-based wholesale distributor specializing in HVAC/R, plumbing and waterworks products. Prior to that, he spent 19 years in senior management roles in both the U.S. and Canada for a large global plumbing distributor. Paul serves as director on the boards of the American Supply Association (ASA) and the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED).
